Instead, we take a whole-person, gentle, and deeply informed approach, exploring how your body, nervous system, life experiences, environment, and relationships all interact — so you can understand what’s happening, respond with clarity, and trust yourself again.
My approach blends evidence-informed knowledge — including nutrition, physiology, spirituality, and nervous system education — with intuition, pattern recognition, and careful listening. Together, this helps you notice recurring patterns, strengthen your internal resources, and build practical tools — so you can move through stress, hormonal shifts, and emotional overwhelm with confidence, balance, and self-compassion.
