Hi, I’m Katie Kay, better known as The Witch Doctor! It’s a name I first whispered in jest - based on the movie Practical Magic. While I don’t cast spells, there is something powerful that happens here. And so, The Witch Doctor was born. And it’s a name that now perfectly captures the work I do: helping women reclaim their bodies, calm their minds, and step into the second half of life with power, clarity, and joy — so that this can truly be the best half of our lives!
I specialize in supporting women in peri-menopause and menopause, with a secondary specialization in anxiety and depression — so that you can move through hormonal shifts without feeling lost, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
How the Magic Works
I blend science and intuition, weaving Polyvagal informed nervous system education, holistic nutrition, psychology, and mind-body awareness — alongside a deep respect for your body’s innate wisdom — so that you can trust yourself, feel empowered, and create lasting balance.
I don’t see symptoms as random; I see them as messages from your body — invitations to slow down, listen, and uncover what it truly needs — so that you can navigate midlife with ease, insight, and grace.
