Hi, I’m Katie Kay — also known as The Witch Doctor!
That name started as a whispered joke, inspired by the movie Practical Magic. While I don’t cast spells, there is something undeniably powerful that happens here. And so, The Witch Doctor was born — a name that now perfectly captures the work I do: helping women reclaim their bodies, calm their minds, and step into the second half of life with power, clarity, and joy. Together, we make this the most radiant half of your life.
I specialize in supporting women navigating peri-menopause and menopause, with a deep understanding of anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm — so that you can move through hormonal shifts without feeling lost, frazzled, or disconnected from yourself.
How the Magic Works
I blend science and intuition, weaving Polyvagal informed nervous system education, holistic nutrition, psychology, and mind-body awareness — all with a deep respect for your body’s innate wisdom. This approach helps you trust yourself, feel empowered, and create lasting balance.
I don’t see symptoms as random; I see them as messages from your body — invitations to slow down, listen, and uncover what you truly need. The goal? To navigate midlife with ease, insight, and grace, feeling aligned with your own inner guidance.
